Ljubljana, 25 August - Powered by gains by telco Telekom Slovenije and drug maker Krka, the SBI TOP blue chip index on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange added 0.9% to 653.71 points on Thursday. The only losing blue chip was the NKBM bank.
