Kucan Says State Can Be Good Owner, Slovenia Failing to Meet Task

Ljubljana, 5 September - Former President Milan Kucan rejected at an international meeting of state institutions managing public companies in Ljubljana on Monday the claim that state is automatically bad owner. He does however agree that this is presently the case in Slovenia.
