Transport Committee Critical of Investment Cuts in Austerity Budget
Ljubljana, 9 September - The parliamentary Transport Committee reviewed on Friday the proposed supplementary budget for 2011 envisaging a reduction of funds for transport by EUR 128.2m to EUR 537.1m. Loudest criticism was expressed about the major cuts in investment, where funding is also reduced the most. The committee passed no additional provisions.
