Govt Tweaking Takeover Rules to Simplify Confiscations by Banks

Ljubljana, 13 September - Addressing problems related to bank confiscations of stakes in companies, the Economy Ministry is proposing changes to the law regulating takeovers to relieve banks of the duty to publish takeover bids in cases where the takeover threshold is exceeded as a result of the conversion of loan collateral.
