Poverty Increased in Slovenia in 2010
Ljubljana, 16 September - The poverty rate in Slovenia stood at 12.7% in 2010, which is 1.4 percentage points higher than a year before, according to the provisional data published by the Statistics office on Friday. The number of people living under the poverty threshold increased to 254,000 or 12.7% of Slovenia's population.
