Former Elan Boss to Get EUR 2.77m in Damages
Ljubljana, 3 October - The Ljubljana District Court ruled on Friday that former boss of sports goods manufacturer Elan, Uros Korze, be paid EUR 2.77m of the EUR 8.4m demanded as performance bonus for 2002 and 2003. This trial was however only one of the three between Elan and Korze.
