EU Employment Council Strongly Supports Food Aid Scheme, Svetlik Says

Ljubljana, 3 October - EU labour and social policies ministers sent "a strong message" of support for the scheme of food aid to the poorest people in the EU to remain at the current level, outgoing Labour, Family and Social Affairs Minister Ivan Svetlik said after Monday's session of the EU Employment, Social Policies, Health and Consumer Protection Council.
