Exclusion of Evidence in Patria Trial Rejected

Ljubljana, 3 October - The exclusion of Austrian and Finnish evidence in the Patria bribery trial, requested by the defence, has been rejected, a defence lawyer in the case, Boris Marcic, confirmed for the STA on Monday. He added that he and other lawyers of the five accused in the trial related to the 2006 Patria defence scandal would appeal.
