Panel Agrees Irresponsible Borrowing to Blame for Defaults

Portorož, 4 October - The reasons for widespread payment defaults in Slovenia should be sought primarily in the excessive borrowing during the years of economic boom, which was not intended for development but ownership consolidation, was one of the main conclusions at a panel on payment defaults held in Portoroz on Tuesday.
