Commission on MBOs Points to Poor Regulation as It Wraps Up Work

Ljubljana, 13 October - Deficient regulation and oversight are among the five problematic areas pinpointed by the parliamentary commission probing contentious management buyouts (MBOs) of recent years as it wrapped up its two-year work on Thursday. The commission disbanded prematurely as the National Assembly is soon to be dissolved.
