Jelinčič: Draft Is a "Criminal Document"
Ljubljana, 30 June - JELINČIČ/SLOVENIA/CROATIA
"The Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia for International Relations today adopted the Draft Agreement on Friendly Relations and Cooperation Between the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Croatia, prepared by Lojze Peterle, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Peter Toš, a government adviser at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The draft clearly reflects Slovenia's inclination to unify or establish a confederation with Croatia. Owing to this I consider the draft to be criminal," said Zmago Jelinčič, the Chairman of the Slovenian National Party (SNS) and a member of the Parliamentary Commission for International Relations, in an STA interview.
