Ashton Confirms Zbogar for EU Ambassador to Kosovo
Brussels, 21 December - The EU's high representative for foreign and security policy Catherine Ashton confirmed in Brussels on Wednesday that outgoing Slovenian Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar will become the EU ambassador to Kosovo. The appointment will be confirmed once all formalities are carried out.
