Incoming EU Special Rep for Kosovo Optimistic about Future
Ljubljana, 31 January - Slovenia's outgoing Foreign Minister Samuel Žbogar, who will take over as EU special representative in Kosovo on Wednesday, has told the STA that his goal will be to bring as much EU as possible to Kosovo and to take Kosovo as close as possible to the EU.
