Šešerko: Withdrawal of Signatures Unlawful - Lawsuit at Supreme Court

Slovene parliamentary deputy Leo Šešerko, the first of 37 signatories to sign the claim for a referendum on an eventual closure of the Krško Nuclear Power Plant, told a press conference Friday that the withdrawal of signatures of nine deputies contradicts legislation as well as legal practice. Consequently, the National Committee for Referendum on the Krško Nuclear Power Plant Closure intends to file a lawsuit against the Parliament at the Supreme Court.
