Prešeren Laureate Vipotnik, a Designer Dedicated to Culture
Ljubljana, 7 February - Matjaž Vipotnik, one of this year's two winners of Slovenia's top cultural accolade, the Prešeren Prize for lifetime achievement, is one of the best known Slovenian graphic designers in the world, best known for his "Karl Marx on the Bicycle" poster from 1983.
