Weekly Review of Developments in Slovene Economy from 13 to 18 November
Ljubljana, 18 November - At its regular weekly session Thursday, the Slovene Government adopted the analysis of economic trends in Slovenia in 1995 with the projection of development in 1996. Janez Potočnik, Director of Institute for Macroeconomic Analysis and Development, talked about the analysis to a news conference after the government session. According to Potočnik the key problems of economic policy are decline in the competitiveness of Slovene economy, problems related to public financing expenses, economy's bad liquidity and the question how to keep salaries' growth at the agreed level.
