Minister: Agrokor's Bid Posed a Risk for Domestic Agro-industry

Ljubljana, 16 March - Agriculture and Environment Minister Franc Bogovič has suggested in an interview that Agrokor's failed takeover bid for retailer Mercator was an attempt by the Croatian company to save its own "ownership story" and could have undermined the competitiveness of Slovenian products.
