Ljubljana, 24 March - A blackout period set in on Saturday ahead of Sunday's referendum on the family law and mayoral by-elections in Ljubljana and five other municipalities. All propaganda designed to influence voters in any way is prohibited until polls close at 7 PM on Sunday.
