Slovenia Will Not Be Welfare State if Not Disciplined, PM Says

Ljubljana, 23 March - Prime Minister Janez Janša told public broadcaster RTV Slovenija late on Thursday that if the state is disciplined in consolidating public finances, the state budget could be balanced by 2015, otherwise Slovenia can bid farewell to being a welfare state.
