Slovenia on Board for Sanctions against Belarus

Brussels, 23 March - Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec called on the EU on Friday to reconsider its policy to Belarus after the bloc slapped new sanctions on the country to put pressure on President Alexander Lukashenko to free political prisoners. Slovenia had initially opposed the sanctions but came on board today.
