Janković Takes Ljubljana in a Landslide

Ljubljana, 25 March - Zoran Janković will return as mayor of Ljubljana. He won 62% of the vote, rendering a run-off unnecessary, suggest preliminary unofficial results of Sunday's by-election after well over half of the votes were counted.
