Central Bank Forecasts 1.2% GDP Contraction for 2012
Ljubljana, 2 April - Banka Slovenije, the central bank, forecast in its April price stability report on Monday a 1.2% GDP contraction for 2012, 0.6% growth for 2013 and a 1.7% expansion for 2014. The projection for 2012 is a downgrade from a 1.7% growth forecast issued by the bank in October last year.
