Govt Pushes Ahead with Austerity Budget Despite Union Protests
Ljubljana, 5 April - The government adopted at its regular session on Thursday an austerity budget envisaging EUR 1.1bn in savings over the valid budget. The motion was sent to parliament despite a lack of consensus with the trade unions on the proposed savings.
