President Assesses Preparedness of Army as "Positive"

Ljubljana, 23 April - President Danilo Türk assessed the state of preparedness of the Slovenian Armed Forces (SV) as positive on Monday. Speaking in his capacity as the supreme commander after being briefed by the defence minister and the chief of the general staff, Türk said the force had made progress despite being faced with budget cuts.
