Resistance Day Ceremony Highlights Ideological Differences

Ljubljana, 27 April - The national ceremony marking Resistance Day was cancelled by the government this year in order to cut costs. But the leftist mayor of Ljubljana and the WWII Veterans' Association mounted their own event on Saturday, highlighting resistance against WWII occupying forces as much as resistance against the government's austerity package.
