Droga Concluding Process of Privatization

Ljubljana, 5 December - DROGA/PRIVATIZATION
Three lots of its shares being sold at Monday's public auction of the Development Found, the Portorož food industry Droga concluded privatization process. The company has put in a claim at the Koper court for the registration of the company, which will formally conclude the process of privatization. The company will be then able to begin with preparations for the first general meeting, Matjaž Čačovič, Droga's Manager, told a news conference Tuesday. The general meeting, where distribution of the company's profit will be discussed, is expected to be held at the beginning of 1996.
