Slovenia, Russia Sign Memorandum on Lower Roaming Prices
Moscow, 14 May - Education, Science, Culture and Sport Minister Žiga Turk and Russian Telecoms and Mass Communications Minister Igor Schegolev signed in Moscow on Monday a memorandum aimed at lowering prices for roaming, based on the EU framework for lower tariffs.
