No Growth Without Balanced Finances, Economist Says

Ljubljana, 19 May - One of Slovenia's most respected economists has said that Slovenia must balance its public finances before thinking about stimulating growth, since it no longer has room in its budget to increase spending. Mojmir Mrak told the daily Delo that this does not mean he supports the government's austerity package outright.
