Serbia's Nectar Becomes Sole Owner of Fructal

Ajdovščina, 25 May - Serbian drinks and jam maker Nectar has become the sole owner of former Slovenian rival Fructal, as Fructal's assembly decided on Friday to squeeze out small shareholders. They will get EUR 15.03 per share, which is the same price as in the bid from the start of the year.
