Drago Kavšek Named Mercator's New CFO

Ljubljana, 28 May - Drago Kavšek, chairman of soft drinks maker Fructal, was appointed as first member of the new management board of retailer Mercator on Monday. He will assume responsibility for finance and IT on 1 June, along with new chairman Toni Balažič. The remaining two members of Balažič's team are to be appointed in three weeks.
