Ljubljana, 29 May - The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has pressed charges against former member of the European Parliament Zoran Thaler, who resigned as MEP a year ago after becoming embroiled in the cash-for-laws scandal, Dnevnik reported on Tuesday.
