jubljana, 5 July (STA) - Janez Sirše, acting director of the Slovenian Intelligence and Security Agency (SOVA), will not attend the session of the National Assembly Investigation Commission, to be held on 8 July at 2 pm.***

Ljubljana, 5 July - SIRŠE WILL NOT APPEAR BEFORE THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY INVESTIGATION COMMISSION=
"I believe that your invitation failed to clearly define 'the essence and cause of the allegation'. Furthermore, at the present time, no existing law is regulating the work of your commission, because the Law on Parliamentary Investigation still only exists in draft form. Based on information published by mass media, my client is aware of the fact that allegations against him, to be discussed by your commission, may be based on illegitimate third person phone-tapping," wrote Peter Čeferin in the letter.
