SD Faces Potential Turning Point, Pahor Challenged as President

Kočevje, 1 June - The Social Democrats (SD), the biggest coalition party in the 2008-2011 term but relegated to the opposition in the 2011 snap election, will decide on a potential new leader on Saturday. In an expected close vote, former PM Borut Pahor, who has been accused by party members of flirting with rightist policies, will be challenged by three rivals.
