Plea Bargain Used in First Major Case in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 8 June - Plea bargaining, introduced in Slovenia with changes to the penal code in mid-May, was applied for the first time in a major case as three accessories to a robbery and murder in Ljubljana pleaded guilty on Friday.
