Delo Says Spanish Troubles Open New Stage of Euro Debt Crisis

Ljubljana, 9 June - The daily Delo says on Saturday there is no doubt that Spain will have to ask its European partners for help, although the country's government refuses to admit that it can no longer handle the problem on its own. This is the start of a new phase in Europe's debt crisis.
