Higher Court Abolishes Doctors' Sentences from 2004 Death Case
Celje, 13 June - The Celje Higher Court has abolished the sentences to two doctors for negligence in a 2004 death case, the daily Slovenske novice reports on Wednesday. They were sentenced to six months in prison suspended for a year in June 2011. Radiologist Samo Slokan has been acquitted by the Higher Court, while neurologist Mark Grasselli will be retried.
