Ljubljana, 20 June - Constitutional Court President Ernest Petrič labelled on Wednesday the foundation of the International Criminal Court (ICC) ten years ago a "historic event" and a "landmark" in the development not only of international law but of a society that attributes supreme value to people and their rights.
