Fishermen Catch Nearly 6% Less in 2011
Ljubljana, 29 June - The catch in fisheries has dropped by 5.8% in 2011 over the year before, the Statistics Office said on Friday. Slovenia's fishermen unloaded a total of 719 tonnes of catch. The catch was down for fish, crab, mussels and snails; while the amount of squids and octopuses caught was up.
