Court Rejects Janković's Libel Suit against Daily Finance

Ljubljana, 20 July - The Ljubljana District Court has rejected a lawsuit by Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković against business daily Finance over several 2010 articles alleging Janković and his sons were involved in dubious real estate deals. The court has decided that the articles do not constitute libel and that the paper did not violate Janković's rights.
