Laško Shareholders to Vote Again on EUR 36.5m Capital Hike

Laško, 26 July - Beverage company Pivovarna Laško has announced a shareholders' meeting for 29 August, which will bring a second vote on a proposed capital hike of up to EUR 36.5m, which was rejected in January. Shareholders will also decide on whether to grant discharge to the management and supervisors.
