Law on Customs Tariff Endorsed by the Slovene Parliament
Ljubljana, 19 December - PARLIAMENT/CUSTOMS/TARIFF
At the emergency session Monday evening the National Assembly members endorsed the Law on Customs Tariff, which defines the rules of customs tariff implementation in importing goods to Slovenia. The customs tariff defines customs rates according to which duty is paid for goods imported to Slovenia. The Law is to take effect on 1 January 1996 together with the Customs Law, which cancels regulations on additional import duties.
