OLYMPICS: No Chance for Kavčič Against 4th Seed Ferrer

Wimbledon, 1 August - Blaž Kavčič, the highest-ranked Slovenian tennis player, lost his round 2 match against 4th seed Spaniard David Ferrer in straight sets 6:2, 6:2 late on Tuesday. His defeat marks the end of the line for the Slovenian tennis team, as the pairing of Katarina Srebotnik and Andreja Klepač were kicked out in the second round in the doubles yesterday.
