New York, 3 August - The rating agency Moody's has again downgraded Slovenia's government bond rating, to Baa2 from A2, maintaining the negative outlook. The main reason Moody's cited for the action is the Slovenian banking system's need for further recapitalisation and the ensuing risks for the state debt.
