Ljubljana, 4 August - Alojz Peterle, who was prime minister between 190 and 1992, does not feel responsible for the erasure of thousands of people from the former Yugoslav republics from the permanent population register in 1992, which has been found by the European Court of Human Rights to have run afoul of human rights.
