Foreign Minister Zoran Thaler received a letter from the US Secretary of State Warren Christopher, in which the said he was glad to meet Thaler again on 6 December in Brussels, but expressed regretted over the delay in passing the associate EU agreement with Slovenia, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported Wednesday.
