Delo Believes Fiscal Rule not to Enter Constitution

Ljubljana, 17 August - Entering the golden fiscal rule into the Constitution is of course a political question, as Finance Minister Janez Šušteršič has rightly guessed, the daily Delo says in its front page commentary on Friday.
