Wildfires in Primorsko Cause EUR 600,000 in Damage

Ljubljana, 17 August - The two wildfires that raged in the south-western region of Primorsko last week engulfed some 445 hectares of land, of which 262 hectares were forested. According to the preliminary data by the Forest Service, the fires caused some EUR 600,000 in damage, as at least 131 hectares of forest will have to be replanted.
