Krško N-Plant at Full Power Despite Low Water Levels

Krško, 20 August - Slovenia's Krško nuclear power plant (NEK) continues to operate at full power despite low water levels in the River Sava, which provides cooling for its generators. The Environment Agency has issued a temporary permit allowing the plant to return cooling water to the river at a slightly higher temperature.
