Mladina Says Janša Using Fiscal Rule to Avoid Responsibility

Ljubljana, 24 August - Prime Minister Janez Janša is sticking to entering the fiscal rule into the Constitution just because he knows that this is the only way to lay the responsibility for Slovenia's situation at the feet of the opposition, says the weekly Mladina on Friday.
