Maribor, 25 August - The daily Večer welcomes the sentence handed to Norwegian killer Anders Breivik, saying the court made a "bold decision" in proclaiming him sane and not passing him off as merely a "psychiatric problem" from another reality whose ideas were nothing but mental delusions.
